Weigh in at 166:) by the end of this month I’m striving for 158! It’s almost here !!!! And at this number I haven’t been since 2 years. I think I’ll get something pretty awesome when I do
I’m almost there
I decided to go tithe gym today and I had an amazing workout! I ran for 10 min then walked 3 and ran for 10 min. I start doing weight training to help my muscles I’m back on track:)
I weighed in at 167 this past week but I got hurt at work so I’ve been Kia working out because of it. Wednesday I will be going back though
